At LADY POLA, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note the following eligibility conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags either attached or returned.

• Refunds are not available for products ordered to size (custom sizing or tailored orders), as these are made specifically for you.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
